Pamplin Ph.D. Students

The Department of Management prepares men and women to be effective leaders in a variety of organizational settings. Within our programs we emphasize versatile skills including leadership, ethical decision-making, team work/group work, computer skills, and communication skills which are essential in achieving organizational goals.

The Department of Management offers both undergraduate and graduate programs. At the undergraduate level we offer a management major with options in 1) human resource management, and 2) entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology management. We also offer the leadership minor, open to students throughout the university. At the graduate level we offer a Ph.D. in Management and we participate in other graduate programs including the on-campus MBA Program.
